Butte County, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a serious injury crash on State Route 162 in Thermalito Wednesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck happened at around 12:30 p.m. on the westbound Highway 162 and Wilbur Road.
Responding crews arrived at the scene and found two separate collisions.
One involved two vehicles and the other was a single vehicle.
Serious injuries were sustained in both collisions.
