A preliminary investigation indicated that a silver Ford hatchback was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when it crashed head-on into a taxi

Seattle, Wash. – A passenger and two drivers were injured in a head-on crash on Interstate 5 in Seattle last week Thursday.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the major auto-car accident happened on the 5 Freeway near Columbian Way on January 4.
A preliminary investigation indicated that a silver Ford hatchback was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when it crashed head-on into a taxi.
A passenger in the taxi was ejected and sustained severe injuries.
The passenger and both drivers were transported to a hospital for treatment.
The wrong-way driver was later arrested for vehicular assault and DUI.
No additional information about the collision was provided.
The collision remains under investigation.
