Riverside, Calif.– Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle serious injury collision on Highway 60 in Riverside early Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at around 12 a.m. on State Route 60 near Perris Boulevard.
Three vehicles crashed on the highway in unclear circumstances causing significant damage to all cars. One of the vehicles slammed into a light pole after the wreck.
At least one person suffered severe injuries in the wreck.
All vehicles were towed away from the scene.
