The victim was hit by a car going eastbound on Olympic Boulevard Friday evening

Beverly Hills, Calif. – A man was critically injured, and a woman arrested after a hit-and-run pedestrian accident that happened Friday evening in Beverly Hills, the Beverly Hills Police Department said.
The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Olympic Boulevard near Rexford Drive.
Authorities said a car was going eastbound on Olympic Boulevard when it hit the man under unclear circumstances.
The victim was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in critical condition.
The driver involved fled the scene, but was located moments later in an undisclosed area and arrested. The woman was booked into jail on suspicion of hit-and-run. Additional unspecified charges against the suspect are pending.
