San Jose, CA – A man was hospitalized with major injuries after being hit by a vehicle in downtown San Jose on Monday afternoon, according to the San Jose Police Department.
The wreck took place on South First Street and Hollywood Avenue at about 1 p.m. April 22.
Police said a vehicle hit the man in the area under unclear circumstances.
The victim was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Details about the involved driver were not immediately available.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
