Adelanto, CA – A man was injured Monday evening in a pedestrian accident in Adelanto, according to the authorities.
The accident happened around 9:24 p.m. on July 28 in the 11700 block of Bartlett Avenue near Baldwin Street.
Authorities said a 2021 Kia was traveling eastbound on the street at about 20 mph when it struck a man.
The man was taken by ground ambulance to the Southern California Logistics Airport and then airlifted via REACH Air Medical helicopter to Loma Linda University Medical Center. His condition was not disclosed.
The Kia driver remained at the scene after the accident.
The Adelanto Sheriff's Station is investigating the accident.
