Clovis, Calif. – A tree trimmer was injured when a vehicle slammed into his tree lift in Clovis on Wednesday, according to the Clovis Police Department.
The crash happened in the area of Sierra and Peach Avenues.
A driver reportedly crashed into the lift, causing the man on the lift to be thrown onto the roadway.
The victim was taken to a hospital with critical injuries but was reportedly in stable condition.
It's unclear whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
