The driver of the Pontiac was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center

Hesperia, CA. – A man was airlifted to a trauma center after being seriously injured in a collision in Hesperia early Saturday morning.
The 12:22 a.m. accident occurred on the northbound Interstate 15 Freeway near the Bear Valley Road exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A white Pontiac G6 sedan was traveling northbound when it made an unsafe lane change and hit a silver Nissan Rogue SUV that was also traveling northbound.
Both vehicles hit the center divider, causing the Nissan Rogue to overturn and land on its roof.
The driver of the Pontiac was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
The driver of the Nissan and a passenger were unhurt.
The California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office, is investigating the accident.
