Mission Valley, CA.- A man was injured in a crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle in Mission Valley West on Sunday evening, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The wreck took place on Hotel Circle South and Taylor Street at about 7:30 p.m. September 22.
Police said a man was riding a 2014 Suzuki motorcycle west on Hotel Circle South when he failed to stop for a red light at the intersection.
The rider collided with a 2015 Toyota Prius that had been eastbound on Taylor Street and was making a turn onto the I-8 onramp.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with a fractured pelvis.
No other injuries were reported.
Alcohol was not suspected to be a factor in the crash.
The San Diego Police Department is investigating the incident.
