Man Killed in 2-Car Crash on 15th Street and Normandie Avenue in Pico-Union 

Pico-Union, California (September 26, 2021) – A 59-year-old male was killed and another injured in a two- in Pico-Union on Saturday night, according to the authorities.

The crash happened at 15th Street and Normandie Avenue shortly before 11:20 p.m. on September 25.

According to the report, a vehicle was headed southbound on Normandie Avenue when it struck another vehicle that was traveling westbound on 15th Street.

Following the collision, the westbound vehicle then struck two pedestrians who were standing on the southwest corner of the intersection.

One of the pedestrians, the 56-year-old, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The second victim was hospitalized with a broken leg.
