Antioch, CA. – A 30-year-old man was killed and two others injured in a t-bone crash on 10th Street in Antioch Sunday afternoon.
The incident was reported at around 4 p.m. on 10th Street and Auto Antioch Center Drive, according to a police report.
According to police, the man was heading northbound in an Acura on Auto Center Drive at a high rate of speed when it entered the intersection with West Tenth and T-bone a westbound Lexus SUV.
Police and paramedics responded to the scene and provided emergency medical care to the Acura driver. Unfortunately, the 30-year-old man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two women in the SUV, both 33 years old, were hospitalized and are expected to survive.
The incident remains under investigation.
