Pedestrian fatally struck by car on Foothill Boulevard in Pacoima, according to the Los Angeles Police Department
Pacoima, CA. – A man in his 50s died after being struck by a car on Wednesday evening in Pacoima.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened around 9 p.m. in the 11900 block of Foothill Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police say a man was struck by a green 2004 GMC Sierra pickup truck.
The unidentified man was found unresponsive on the street and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The pickup truck driver fled the scene and was yet to be located.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
