Airway Heights, WA – A man was killed when two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle in Airway Heights on Thursday morning.
According to the Airway Heights Police Department, the crash happened at Hayford and 9th Avenue at about 10 a.m.
Two pedestrians, a man and woman, were reportedly hit by a car in the area.
The two victims were rushed to a hospital with critical injuries but the man succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
The identities of the involved parties were not immediately available.
Police said alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
