1 Killed in San Diego Accident on Lytton Street

San Diego, California (December 4, 2021) – One person was killed in an accident on Lytton Street in San Diego on Saturday morning, according to San Diego police.
The incident took place in the 3000 block of Lytton Street shortly before 4 a.m.
Police said a blue Chevrolet HHR driven by a 68-year-old man was heading east on Lytton Street when it collided with a gray Nissan Altima traveling south on Rosecrans Street.

The driver of the Chevrolet died at the scene of the collision.
The second driver, a 27-year-old man, was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
