Pacific Beach, CA.- A 61-year-old man was severely injured in a motorcycle crash in Pacific Beach on Wednesday evening, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The incident took place on Ingraham Street and La Mancha Drive at about 5:30 p.m. July 30.
San Diego police reported that a 20-year-old woman was driving a silver 2013 Toyota Corolla southbound on Ingraham Street when she tried to turn left onto La Mancha Drive and was broadsided by a green Kawasaki off-road motorcycle heading north on Ingraham Street
The impact ejected the motorcyclist from the motorcycle.
Police reported that the motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was rushed to a hospital with a serious head injury.
The SDPD is conducting an investigation into the collision.
