31-Year-Old Man Hospitalized after San Diego Motorcycle Crash at Mission Boulevard and Pacific Beach Drive

San Diego, California (March 7, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a Saturday evening traffic accident that left a 31-year-old motorcyclist seriously injured in San Diego.
The major injury accident occurred at about 6:52 p.m., on March 5, at Mission Boulevard and Pacific Beach Drive.
According to the police, an UBER, driven by a 38-year-old man, with his passengers made a left-hand turn from northbound Mission Boulevard towards westbound Pacific Beach Drive and collided head-on with a Ducati motorcycle operated by the 31-year-old man.
The 31-year-old motorcyclist has a green light and was reportedly headed southbound on 4100 Mission Boulevard when the accident occurred.

The rider was injured in the mishap and was transported to the hospital with a fractured pelvis and leg.
