Mario Gomez Arrested after Turlock Car Accident on Monte Vista Avenue and Geer Road
Turlock, California (April 6, 2022) – Mario Gomez, 19, was arrested after a suspected DUI crash that happened Friday night in Turlock, according to the authorities.
Gomez was reportedly driving a car when he ran a red light at the intersection of Monte Vista Avenue and Geer Road and collided with a second car.
The wreck happened just before 10:30 p.m. April 1.
The impact caused one of the cars to overturn and it was located nearly 350 feet west of Geer Road.

The people involved in the collision sustained minor injuries.
Gomez was arrested on suspicion of DUI causing injury.
The crash caused a closure of both sides of Monte Vista Avenue as crews worked to clear the scene.
