Five People, Including 5-Year-Old Child, Injured in Meadowbrook Crash on Highway 74 at Hammack Avenue
Meadowbrook, California (January 26, 2022) – Five people were injured Wednesday afternoon in a head-on collision in Meadowbrook, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash, involving a car and a minivan, happened at around 3:00 p.m. on the eastbound side of Highway 74 at Hammack Avenue, just northeast of Lake Elsinore.
CHP said a Kia sedan and a Toyota minivan collided after a pickup dropped a mattress into the traffic lanes.

Medical personnel responded to the scene to help the involved parties. A total of five people, including a 5-year-old child, were injured as a result of the crash.
