According to a preliminary investigation, a Tacoma man was driving a 2000 Ford Taurus, when he attempted to make a U- turn onto the northbound lane and was struck by a speeding northbound 2016 Buick Regal driven by 33-year-old Jose Luis Lopez Garcia.
Kent, WA. – 38-year-old Mellissa Luangsrinhotha was killed in a last week Monday night crash in Kent.
According to the Kent Police Department, the accident happened in the 24200 block of Pacific Highway South at around 11:30 p.m. November 4.

Luangsrinhotha, who was a passenger in Taurus, was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver was hospitalized.
Garcia faces charges of vehicular homicide and reckless driving.
No additional information regarding the accident was available.
The crash remains under investigation.
