31-Year-Old Michael Baroja Killed in San Francisco Crash on Richmond-San Rafael Bridge
San Francisco, California (February 25, 2022) – 31-year-old Michael Baroja of San Pablo died following a collision that took place on January 26 in San Francisco, according to authorities.
The collision at around 7 p.m. on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge occurred when a 1988 Toyota Supra driven by Baroja was stalled on the eastbound side of the bridge for unknown reasons.
A big rig crashed into the rear of the stalled car, causing the car to burst into flames.

Baroja was reportedly trapped in the car as it became fully engulfed in flames.
Firefighters and medics responded to the scene and worked to extricate Baroja from the vehicle.
