Michael Garcia ID'd as Man Killed in Fresno Crash on N Chateau Fresno and W Shields Avenue
Fresno, California (December 21, 2021) – Michael Garcia, 23, has been identified as the man killed in a traffic collision in fresno on Saturday evening.
According to California HIghway Patrol, the incident occurred in the area of N Chateau Fresno and W Shields Avenue on Saturday, December 18.
CHP said a red pickup truck and a yellow van were involved in the collision.

Garcia was the driver of the truck and died in the crash.
The second driver was transported to Community Regional Medical Center and was expected to survive.
The truck was towed from the scene after it was badly damaged.
Alcohol is suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The crash is under investigation.
