Police reported that Ormsby was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he was hit by an eastbound Ford Mustang

Tucson, AZ.- Michael Robb Ormsby, 53, was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Tucson on Friday night, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The incident took place in the area of East Speedway Boulevard and North Beverly Avenue at about 10:30 p.m. July 18.
Police reported that Ormsby was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he was hit by an eastbound Ford Mustang.
The Mustang driver fled the scene after the crash.
Ormsby was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Police later located the Mustang abandoned four miles from the crash site.
On Saturday, July 19, Nereyda Aneli Garcia, 26, turned herself into the Tucson Police Department and reported that she was the driver of the Mustang.
Garcia was booked into the Pima County Jail on charges of hit-and-run causing death.
The incident is under investigation.
