Miguel Ledesma ID'd as Man Killed in Industry Collision on Pomona (60) Freeway

Industry, California (February 24, 2022) – The man who was killed when he was struck by a vehicle in Industry early Wednesday morning has been identified as 56-year-old Miguel Rios Ledesma of Huntington Park, according to the authorities.
At around 2:20 a.m. February 23, Ledesma was driving a 2005 Ford Escape west on the Pomona (60) Freeway, east of the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway when he slammed into the center divider for unknown reasons.

He then got out of the vehicle, which was disabled in the No. 2 lane. A little while later as Ledesma was standing outside, he was hit by a 2012 Toyota Highlander, which also collided with the disabled vehicle.
Ledesma was killed in the collision.
The operator of the Toyota and a third motorist who also struck debris from the first collision, remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
The crash is under investigation.
