Minor Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 101 in San Jose

, Calif. – Minor injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday morning on a highway in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The pileup took place around 7:08 a.m. on southbound Highway 101 just north of the Tully Road on-ramp.

A white Volkswagen Jetta, a white GMC Terrain, and a third car were involved in the accident.

The crash left at least one person with minor injuries.

The Volkswagen sustained major front-end damage, and the GMC acquired a broken left front wheel

Investigators shut down several traffic lanes during an investigation.
