Minor Injuries Suffered in Crash Involving Stalled Car on 805 Freeway near Telegraph Canyon Road in Chula Vista
Chula Vista, California (August 10, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury accident involving multiple vehicles that happened Wednesday night in Chula Vista.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pileup took place just after 8 p.m. on the southbound 805 Freeway near Telegraph Canyon Road.
CHP said a car was stalled in traffic lanes when two other vehicles slammed into it.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and closed all southbound lanes except the middle lane.
The accident resulted in minor injuries. At least one person was possibly transported to UC San Diego Medical Center for treatment.
No other details were available, but CHP is investigating.
