Miracle Jackson Dies in Mead Valley Collision on Cajalco and Decker Road
Mead Valley, California (April 1, 2022) – Miracle Jackson, 25, was struck and killed by a driver who was being pursued by authorities in Mead Valley on Sunday afternoon, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Office.
Just before 3:47 p.m. March 27, a K-9 deputy reportedly spotted a driver and suspected that he was driving while drunk.
The officer followed the suspect and shortly after, the driver struck a pedestrian in the area of Cajalco and Decker Road.

The victim, identified as Jackson, was killed in the incident.
The suspect, Juan Diego, 26, was taken to Riverside University Health System with minor injuries and was later arrested on suspicion of DUI among other charges.
The authorities are investigating the deadly accident.
