According to the Portland Police Department, the wreck happened at around 5 a.m. November 13 near Northeast Airport Way and Mason Street.
Two vehicles collided in the area in unclear circumstance.
Luna and the driver of the other car were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Luna succumbed to her injuries on Monday December 2.
No additional details regarding the mishap were provided.
