1 Hospitalized after Modesto Crash on Highway 99 near Tuolumne Boulevard
Modesto, California (August 31, 2021) – A Modesto crash involving two vehicles Monday morning resulted in minor injuries, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP responded to the crash site at approximately 8:20 a.m. on Highway 99 near Tuolumne Boulevard.
The accident involved a big rig and a silver 2009 Chrysler that crashed on the northbound side of the freeway, just north of Crows Landing Road, for undetermined reasons.
Modesto Car Crash Injures 1
One unidentified person riding in the Chrysler sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital by paramedics for medication.
The accident resulted in the closure of the northbound lanes of Highway 99 near Tuolumne Boulevard as investigation and clean-up took place.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
