A motorcyclist collided with a pickup truck Wednesday morning near the Fremont Street on-ramp

Stockton, Calif. – Authorities are investigating a motorcycle accident that happened Wednesday morning on a freeway in Stockton, resulting in minor injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash occurred around 8:16 a.m. possibly on the Fremont Street on-ramp to southbound Interstate 5.
A motorcyclist collided with a green Toyota Tacoma for an unknown reason.
The rider was lying down in the No. 4 lane after the crash.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and evaluated the rider for minor injuries. It was unclear if the victim was hospitalized.
CHP officers are collecting more information to establish what transpired leading to the accident.
