Officer Injured in Palm Desert Motorcycle Accident on 10 Freeway near Cook Street
Riverside County, California (April 6, 2022) – A Riverside County Sheriff's Department motorcycle officer was injured in a collision with a vehicle in Palm Desert on Wednesday morning.
The accident happened at around 6:30 a.m. on Interstate 10 Freeway near Cook Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The motorcycle reportedly collided with a vehicle on the I-10 overpass in unclear circumstances.
The officer was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
