Alejandro Valdez Killed in Martinez Motorcycle Accident on Highway 4 near McEwen Road

Martinez, California (November 24, 2021) –41-year-old Alejandro Valdez has been identified by the Contra Costa County coroner's office as the San Pablo man who died following a motorcycle accident in Martinez Tuesday night.
The California Highway Patrol said the deadly crash took place on State Highway 4 east of McEwen Road at approximately 9:40 p.m.
A Harley-Davidson motorcycle ridden by Valdez on the eastbound side of the highway crashed with a Nissan Altima under unclear circumstances.
San Pablo Man Killed In Martinez Motorcycle Crash
Due to the impact, Valdez was ejected from the bike and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
There were no other parties injured in the crash, including the Nissan motorist.
An investigation into the fatal accident is underway. The CHP's Contra Costa-area office urges anyone with additional details about this crash to contact (925) 646-4980.
