Riverside, CA. – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car Sunday afternoon at an intersection in Riverside, the Riverside Police Department said.
The accident occurred around 5:09 p.m. at Magnolia Avenue and Myers Street in the Arlington area.
Police officers, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the intersection after receiving reports of the collision.
The responders found a male motorcyclist with severe injuries suffered in a crash with a car.
The rider was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
