A motorcycle and a gray 2009 Toyota RAV4 were involved in the accident.
First responders found the rider unresponsive and not breathing.
Despite trying life-saving measures, paramedics pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
Traffic lanes in the area were shut down following the crash.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
