The crash happened on Bear Valley Road shortly before 11:00 a.m. on August 12.
According to the report, the man was riding a white Suzuki GSX-R600L9 westbound on Bear Valley Road when he collided with a Silver Fiat 500L that was making a left turn into the Food 4 Less shopping center.
The impact ejected the rider of the motorcycle.
The rider was taken to Desert Valley Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
Alcohol and drugs were not believed to have played a role in the collision.
The crash caused a closure of westbound Bear Valley Road between Fifth and Seventh avenues as authorities investigated the incident.
