Rider Seriously Hurt in Sutter Creek Motorcycle Accident on Ridge Road near Highway 49
Sutter Creek, California (September 18, 2022) – A motorcyclist was seriously hurt in a traffic collision that took place Saturday afternoon in Sutter Creek, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident was reported at about 4:38 p.m. at 1999 Ridge Road near Highway 49.
A motorcycle collided with a truck for unknown reasons.
Cal Fire responded to the scene shortly after the collision.
The rider was transported to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital for the treatment of major injuries.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
