A 76-year-old woman was driving a white 2013 Hyundai Sonata northbound on Estrella Avenue when she broadsided a black 2013 Harley-Davidson Street Glider heading east on El Cajon Boulevard
San Diego, CA.- A motorcyclist was injured in a crash with a vehicle in the Colina Del Sol neighborhood on Friday afternoon, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The incident took place on El Cajon Boulevard and Estrella Avenue at around 2:40 p.m. July 3.
According to police, a 76-year-old woman was driving a white 2013 Hyundai Sonata northbound on Estrella Avenue when she broadsided a black 2013 Harley-Davidson Street Glider heading east on El Cajon Boulevard.
The man riding the motorcycle was rushed to a hospital with a head injury and a pelvic fracture.
The other driver was unhurt in the incident.
Police reported that alcohol was not suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
