Carson, CA. – A motorcyclist was hurt in a traffic collision that happened Friday afternoon on a freeway in Carson, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident transpired around 3:13 p.m. on southbound Interstate 405, just north of the Wilmington Avenue off-ramp.
A Civic motorcycle and a silver Lexus CT200 were involved in the collision.
A witness told authorities that the car came to a sudden stop and caused the motorcyclist to hit it.
The rider suffered minor injuries in the accident. Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the victim. It was unclear if the patient was hospitalized.
CHP officers are investigating the accident.
