Rider Crashes Through Back Windshield of Car in Highway 101 Collision in Gilroy
Gilroy, California (June 11, 2022) – A motorcyclist was hurt in a Gilroy crash that happened Friday morning on Highway 101.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at about 11:12 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the highway just north of Monterey Road.
The motorcyclist crashed into the rear of a car and went through the back windshield of the vehicle.
The rider suffered minor lacerations and a possible head injury.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the rider.
No other details were given, but authorities are investigating.
