Rider Killed in Fresno Motorcycle Accident near Blackstone and Herndon Avenues
Fresno California (February 5, 2022) – A motorcyclist died following a traffic collision involving a vehicle in Fresno on Saturday evening, according to the Fresno Police Department.
The wreck happened near Blackstone and Herndon avenues at around 4:45 p.m.
Police said a motorcyclist crashed into the passenger side of a truck that was making a U-turn in the area.
Authorities responded to the incident and found the rider down with major injuries. The officers performed CPR on the rider until medics arrived.

The motorcyclist, identified as a man in his 20s, was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.
The other driver was unhurt and stayed at the scene after the collision.
The crash caused a closure of the southbound lanes of Blackstone Avenue as authorities worked at the scene.
The Fresno Police Department is investigating the fatal accident.
