Phoenix, AZ.- A motorcyclist was killed in a collision that took place in Phoenix on Wednesday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The wreck happened on Interstate 10 near 67th Avenue at about 4:30 a.m.
According to the report, a man in his 30s was riding a motorcycle in the area when he was involved in a collision with a pickup truck.
The motorcyclist died in the accident.
No other injuries were reported.
The westbound lanes of I-10 were shut down as authorities investigated the incident.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
