According to the WSP, a motorcyclist was traveling westbound on SR 162 when it drifted into the eastbound lanes and collided with a Chevrolet Silverado and a Dodge Ram traveling in the eastbound lanes

Orting, WA.- A motorcyclist was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Orting on Saturday, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The incident took place on State Route 162 near Ski Park Lake on Saturday, April 26.
According to the WSP, a motorcyclist was traveling westbound on SR 162 when it drifted into the eastbound lanes and collided with a Chevrolet Silverado and a Dodge Ram traveling in the eastbound lanes.
The Dodge then hit a telephone pole while the Chevrolet came to a rest on its roof in a ditch.
The motorcyclist, a 48-year-old Eatonville man, was rushed to Tacoma General Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The two occupants of the Chevrolet were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital with unspecified injuries.
The Washington State Patrol is investigating the accident.
