Motorcycle Rider Injured in Isla Vista Accident on Del Playa Drive
Isla Vista, California (February 9, 2022) – A motorcyclist sustained major injuries in a collision with a vehicle in Isla Vista on Tuesday night, according to a local news source.
The incident took place in the 6800 block of Del Playa Drive just before 11:23 p.m. February 8.
According to the report, a man riding a motorcycle on Del Playa Drive slammed into the rear of a passenger vehicle for unknown reasons.

The motorcyclist was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The occupants of the passenger vehicle were uninjured.
