Rider Injured in Santa Barbara Crash on Quarantina and East Canon Perdido Streets
Santa Barbara, California (December 15, 2021) – A motorcyclist sustained major injuries in a crash with a vehicle at a Santa Barbara intersection on Wednesday morning, according to authorities.
The collision occurred on Quarantina and East Canon Perdido streets at about 10 a.m.
Police said the motorcyclist collided with a black BMW at the intersection.
Rider Hurt in Santa Barbara Motorcycle Crash
The rider was rushed to Cottage Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the BMW was not injured.
Drugs and alcohol are not believed to have played a role in the collision.
The accident remains under investigation.
