Los Angeles, Calif. – Authorities responded to a serious injury motorcycle versus car accident on East 80th Street in Los Angeles early Monday morning.
The California Highway Patrol said the incident was reported on East 80th Street and South Central Avenue at around 12:01 a.m.
A gray BMW slammed into the motorcyclist in unclear circumstances, ejecting the rider from the motorcycle.
The biker suffered severe injuries and was transported to USC Medical Center for treatment.
The identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed.
More details regarding the wreck were not available.
