Minor Injuries Reported in San Diego Car Accident on Highway 94 near 5 Freeway
San Diego, California (September 21, 2022) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-car accident that happened Tuesday morning on a transition road in San Diego, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The pileup took place at about 6:32 a.m. on the westbound Highway 94 transition road to the northbound 5 Freeway.
Four vehicles, including one that overturned onto its side, were involved in the accident.
An unknown number of parties sustained minor injuries. Paramedics responded to the scene and offered medical aid to the victims. It was not clear if anyone was hospitalized.
CHP officers are investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
