Four vehicles, including two vans, were involved in the collision on the southbound side of the freeway

San Leandro, Calif. – At least one person was hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Friday evening on a freeway in San Leandro, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pileup transpired around 6:47 p.m. on the southbound 880 Freeway, just north of the Washington Avenue on-ramp.
CHP said four vehicles, including a Dodge van, a Honda van, and a Ford Mustang, were involved in the accident.
At least one person sustained minor injuries in the crash.
CHP officers did not immediately establish the cause of the collision.
Both vans and the Mustang were towed away with crash damage.
An investigation is ongoing.
