4 Injured, 2 Critically in Multi-Vehicle Crash on 710 Freeway near Gage Avenue in Bell
Bell, California (July 19, 2022) – Several people were ejected in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday night on 710 Freeway in Bell, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The pileup occurred at about 9 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway near Gage Avenue.
CHP said several vehicles collided for unknown reasons, ejecting multiple people.
Emergency crews from the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene and transported four people to the hospital. Two of the victims sustained critical injuries, and the other two suffered minor injuries.
Southbound 710 Freeway was closed following the accident.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
