The San Bernardino woman was transported to St. Bernardine Medical Center where she died while receiving treatment
San Bernardino, CA. – 43-year-old Nancy Carolina Ortiz has been identified as the woman who died in a bicycle accident on Saturday night.
The fatal collision near 30th Street and F Street at around 10:35 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Ortiz was riding a bicycle in the area and was struck by a car.
The San Bernardino woman was transported to St. Bernardine Medical Center where she died while receiving treatment.
