2 Hurt in Nevada County Crash on Highway 49 near Bethel Church Way
Nevada County, California (February 14, 2022) – Two people were injured in a traffic collision in Nevada County on Monday morning, according to authorities.
The incident happened on Highway 49 near Bethel Church Way at about 9:35 a.m. February 13.
A man was driving a Toyota Tundra northbound on Highway 49 when he collided with a vehicle traveling in front of him.
This triggered a chain reaction with at least three other vehicles.
The driver of the Toyota and a minor were taken to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected to be factors in the collision.
The investigation is ongoing.
