At Least 1 Hurt in North Highland Crash at Watt Avenue and Larchmont Drive
North Highland, California (February 21, 2022) – At least one person was injured Monday afternoon in a traffic collision at an intersection in North Highland, authorities said.
The crash happened at around 1:35 p.m. at the intersection of Watt Avenue and Larchmont Drive and involved a Ford Focus and a tan sedan.
One of the motorists allegedly ran through a red traffic light and collided with another vehicle.
Medical personnel responded to the scene to help at least one person who complained of pain after the crash. It was not immediately clear if the victim was taken to a hospital for further aid.
At least one tow truck was dispatched to the crash site to remove a damaged vehicle.
The crash remains under investigation.
